We feel that our members are out best advertisers. We'd rather pay you than anyone else to help spread the word. We'll pay you $10.00 for every friend that accepts your invitation to join Jackpot Rewards, registers, and remains a member for a billing cycle. We'll also pay them $10 to join. How do I refer friends?

Visit your "Refer-A-Friend" page. On that page you will see your personal invitation link and a way to request the Refer-A-Friend email invitation. Either forward the Refer-A-Friend email or simply send your friends your personal invitation link. Whenever a friend joins using your personal invitation link you both increase your chances of winning Sunday's $1 Million Jackpot. We'll also deposit $10 into your Jackpot Rewards Cash Back account after your friend remains a member for a full billing cycle. See Refer-A-Friend Terms and Conditions for details.

How do I know the status of my referral invitations?

Every new member that accepts your invitation will be displayed in your referral network on the "Refer-a-Friend" page. Next to each email address will be a field showing the status. There are four possible status states: "accepted", "earned", "canceled member" and "ineligible member".

I've already invited a lot of friends who have accepted; do I get credit for those referrals?

Yes! When we decided to introduce this program we wanted to make sure we rewarded members who have already invited friends. For every existing active member that is in your referral network as of 4/9/08, you will get a $10 referral bonus. We call these "Grandfathered Referrals." On May 10, 2008 we will deposit $10 for each "Grandfather Referral" into your Jackpot Rewards Cash Back account.

How long must my friend remain a member in order for me to qualify for the $10 bonus?

A member that accepts your invitation has to remain a member in good standing for one full billing cycle (usually five weeks). At the end of those five weeks we will deposit $10 into your Jackpot Rewards Cash Back account.

In my Referral Network, my friend is listed as "Ineligible". What does that mean?

If you invite someone who has already earned someone else a referral bonus, that member is not eligible to earn you a referral bonus. Or, that person accepted your invitation, but canceled within five weeks of becoming a member. See Refer-A-Friend Terms and Conditions for details.

Yes. Only active members qualify for this referral bonus.

Is there a limit on the number of $10 bonuses I can earn?

There's no limit, but a new member can only be used once to earn a $10 referral bonus. If you invite a friend and they join and you earn a $10 referral bonus, no one else can earn the bonus by inviting that friend, even if they cancel and rejoin later.

Is there a limit on the number of invitations I can send?

If I refer someone but they don't join, do I still receive credit?

As much as we'd like to give you the credit, the answer is no. Your friends must join Jackpot Rewards using the invitation you emailed to them or by following your personal invitation link for you or your friend to participate in the "Refer-A-Friend" program. As soon as your friend accepts you will increase your chances of winning Sunday's $1 Million Jackpot. But your friend must stay a member for a full billing cycle for you to earn the $10 referral bonus.
