How do I start using my Cash Back to pay for my membership fees?

There are two simple ways that you can start using your Cash Back to pay for your membership fees:
1. Visit your My Account page. In the "My Billing Information" section, select "Apply" next to the sentence "To apply your Cash Back to your Membership fee, click the Apply button."
Or,
2. On your Member Homepage, select "Apply Cash Back to Membership" in the "My Jackpot Rewards" section of the page. Select one of these options, and you're ready to go! Each month, we'll automatically use your Cash Back to pay for your membership fee (if you have enough qualified Cash Back available to pay the full amount of the fee). If you do not have enough qualified Cash Back available to pay the full amount, we will charge the fee to your credit card.

Can I use my Cash Back to make a partial payment towards my membership fees?

Unfortunately, no. You can only use Cash Back to pay for your membership fee if you have enough qualified Cash Back available to pay the full amount of the fee. If you do not have enough qualified Cash Back available to pay the full amount, we will charge the fee to your credit card.

When is my Cash Back available to pay for my membership fees?

Cash Back earned from shopping online is available to pay for your membership fees 45 days after it is posted to your current Cash Back balance. This allows enough time for refunds to be processed. Cash Back earned from referring friends and winning in the weekly drawings is available to pay for your membership fees as soon as it is posted to your current Cash Back balance.

To see how much of your Cash Back is currently available to pay for your membership fees, visit your My Cash Back Details page and refer to the "Cash Back Available for Payout" line of your statement.

1. Visit your My Account page. In the "My Billing Information" section, select "Stop" next to the sentence "Stop paying for your membership using your Cash Back, click the Stop button."
Or,
2. On your Member Homepage, select "Cash Back Applied to Membership" in the "My Jackpot Rewards" section of the page. Once updated we will no longer use your Cash Back to pay for your membership fees. Your membership fee will automatically be charged to your credit card.
