Jim Miller

Founder and CEO

Jim is the founder and CEO of Jackpot Rewards, Inc. Prior to Jackpot Rewards, Jim was the Founder and CEO of Matrix Communications, a telecommunications company that specialized in affinity marketing of telecommunication services. Jim also donates a considerable amount of his time and resources to improving the educational opportunities of poor and at-risk children. Jim is a Trustee and Vice President of Boston’s Inner-City Scholarship Fund which has generated over $100 million for the educational needs of poor and at-risk children in Boston and a Trustee of Shanti Bhavan, a school located outside Bangalore, India that is committed to providing a first class education to the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children of India's "untouchable" caste. Jim lives in the Boston area with his wife and their three children.

Ken Keyes

Vice President, Operations and Marketing

Ken leads the business operations and marketing teams for the company, and has been involved in building Jackpot Rewards since its inception. Prior to Jackpot Rewards, Ken co-founded an online marketing company, which he ran for six years. Ken was responsible for all the company’s revenue and was integral in developing the company’s online advertising strategy. Prior to starting his own company, Ken held several key business operations and business development positions with the marketing firm LifeMinders, Inc. Ken has also held senior sales and marketing positions in the software and services marketplace for organizations such as Ceridian Employer Services and Versyss, Inc. Ken graduated from Boston College.

Chris Keyes

Vice President, Product and Business Development

Chris is responsible for product development and for building and managing all third party relationships with merchants and other strategic partners that support the product offering. Prior to joining the company, Chris managed all sales, business development and product development efforts for WNI Inc., a publicly-traded international technology and media company. Prior to WNI, he served as a vice president and general manager of Garden.com, a publicly-traded Internet e-commerce pioneer. At Garden.com, Chris had revenue and P&L responsibility for the second largest division within the company. Earlier in his career, Chris founded an environmental company that he sold to Browning Ferris Industries (BFI). Chris continues to serve as a business development advisor to many start-up ventures. He received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Management.

Peter Wyner

Vice President, Technical Operations & Information Security

Peter oversees all aspects of the development, operation and security of the company's technology platform and sweepstakes operations. Prior to joining Jackpot Rewards in 2007, Peter served as the Director of Managed Security Services for VeriSign, Inc. In a technology career spanning 18 years, he has also held positions with the global Professional Services firm EDS, Enterprise Middleware Software provider TIBCO Software, and International Telecommunications firm Frontier. Peter is actively involved in New England area Information Technology & Security professional organizations, and has held professional certifications from ISC2 (CISSP), Cisco Systems, Microsoft, and Novell. Peter lives in the Boston area with his wife and their 3 children.
